How could Cadillac evolve their customer engagement for product launches, beyond the typical printed brochure? With the upcoming launch of the newly redesigned Cadillac Escalade, we had an opportunity to craft a narrative about the precision, innovation, and luxuries that are intertwined in the Escalade DNA. Always a status symbol, the digital experience allowed for visually-rich moments to celebrate an icon.

Previously, the details, nuances and visually-rich imagery that potential customers sought were either in image galleries on the web, or in brochures that ended up collecting dust. We were given an opportunity at Rokkan, to re-imagine that experience, and produce an interactive tool that could be used for product launches.

Given the importance of this particular launch, we were pushed to find inspiration for how else to tell the story of the redesigned Escalade. We drew inspiration from some of the best digital story tellers across industries and crafted an experience that would guide the customer through details, narratives, and features worth celebrating.
